What are the shipping charges?

We offer free domestic shipping on every item purchased through our website.

When will my order arrive?

All orders will be dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. Our customer care team will reach out to you should there be any delays in the delivery process.

Custom order - no returns or exchanges are available for custom orders. Dispatch in 7 to 10 days. 

Sale products are not applicable for return and exchange

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive your order confirmation notifications via: 

1. Email 
2. Text message
3. An email is also sent once your order is shipped which contains the tracking ID

Are there any additional fees?

Prepaid Shipping is free
COD is 150/-
Shipping fees on COD Orders will not be refundable.

For all Indian orders, the price paid at checkout is final with all taxes included.

For International orders: There are shipping fees, import duty, and local taxes applicable that depend on the customs laws of respective countries. While International shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners at the time of delivery.
